Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order. Most pieces ship in 7–14 days, and each product page shows the current estimate based on how many orders are ahead of yours. Delivery then takes 3–7 days within India, or about 1–3 weeks internationally.

Yes! Most pieces can be made in any two colours from our palette. Pick them on the product page or design your own.

We use soft, baby-friendly yarn chosen to be gentle on delicate skin. We avoid small detachable buttons and beads on pieces for little ones. Ties and crocheted buttons are used instead.

Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Don't wring. Gently squeeze out water, then dry flat in the shade so the piece keeps its shape.

You can pay securely online by UPI, card or netbanking at checkout. If online payment isn't shown, we'll WhatsApp you with UPI details after you place your order. We don't offer cash on delivery: every piece is made just for you, so we start once the order is paid.

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a defect or we made a mistake, we'll repair, remake or refund. See our refund policy.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Choose your country at checkout to see the shipping cost and delivery time. Prices are in Indian Rupees and international cards are accepted. Any import duties or taxes in your country are paid by you on delivery.

Yes. Add the date in the note at checkout and we'll tell you right away if we can make it in time.
